Using the repository

PLEASE READ these instructions carefully or you may end up flooding us all with irrelevant emails ...

You can obtain the paper(s) you are reviewing and the review form from the directories in the repository described above. Your user name and password give you access to all materials that all reviewers need. YOU ONLY HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE DIRECTORIES FOR THE PAPERS YOU ARE REVIEWING. Formal access permissions (see below) ensure that all the reviews are strictly private -- the submitted papers are, however, visible. We ask for your professional cooperation in restricting your access to those directories concerning the papers you have been asked to referee. Thanks for this.

When you have completed your review, please upload it into the correct directory for the paper concerned. Please do not include any information in the review file name that could identify you as its author.

DO NOT USE THE QUICK UPLOAD OPTION. Click on the Add Files icon. Please do not use the "Description 1" slot (especially not to identify yourself), just fill in the "File Location 1"  slot with the path to your review. THEN BEFORE HITTING "ENTER" or selecting the UPLOAD  button ...

UNCHECK THE "Notify Group" check box

SELECT "GROUP MANAGERS AND MODERATORS ONLY" from the "Make these files available to"
menu.

The former will prevent spurious emails. The latter is important because there is, of course, an overlap between the set of authors and the programme committee. Visibility will be adjusted  before the programme committee meetings.

Thanks for your cooperation and  patience!
